Sr. Account Manager

They are seeking an Account Manager to work closely with Account Executives to manage all client projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Directing projects from conception to completion, including new builds or client rentals.
Acting as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, handling, and managing expectations.
Communicating detailed work order instructions, graphics, and design specifications to the shop and internal teams.
Preparing service estimates, providing job cost analysis, and managing post-show invoicing.
Coordinating shipping, freight, and on-site Installation and Dismantling (I&D).
Supporting sales by identifying opportunities for up-selling and account growth.
QUALIFICATION
3–5 years of experience in the trade show exhibit/specialty construction industry is typically required.
Ability to read and interpret design, construction, and engineering drawings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
