Account Executive | Business Development

Our client is a Midwest-based partner to brands that need high-quality exhibit and event solutions delivered with speed, precision, and accountability. They combine strong project execution, responsive service, and a client-first mindset to help customers show up powerfully at trade shows and live events. The team is collaborative, detail-driven, and focused on long-term relationships rather than one-off transactions.

They are seeking an industry-experienced Account Executive to work remotely on the West Coast. California, Oregon (or even Vegas) are preferred.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, quoting, closing, and account growth

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound and relationship-driven selling

  • Partner with internal teams to align scope, timelines, and budgets to deliver on client expectations

  • Grow existing accounts through renewals, upsells, and expanded program support


QUALIFICATION

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (exhibits, events, experiential, or related services preferred)

  • Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and managing a healthy pipeline

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills

  • Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment
