Sr. Account Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and manage new and existing client relationships within key verticals (e.g., healthcare, tech, industrial)
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and on-time delivery across all phases of the project lifecycle
Collaborate with internal creative, design, estimating, and production teams to develop customized exhibit solutions that align with client goals
Lead the proposal and pitch process, including scope development, budgeting, and presentation
Strategically prospect and identify opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry events
Guide clients through budgeting, logistics, and show services to ensure a seamless exhibit experience
Monitor project milestones and financial performance to ensure client satisfaction and profitability
Travel to client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed to maintain and grow business
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the exhibit design/build or live events industry
Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
Strong understanding of exhibit fabrication, experiential marketing, or related services
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Comfortable with CRM systems and pipeline tracking
Willingness to travel and attend industry trade shows and client events
Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
