Director of Client Services

Our Las Vegas area client is a respected exhibit and experiential organization known for delivering custom environments and live brand experiences for national clients across multiple industries. The company is entering a new phase of growth and is seeking a client services leader who can strengthen account management structure, elevate client relationships, and lead from the front.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the account management / client services team

  • Oversee key client relationships across active exhibit and experiential programs

  • Drive consistency, communication, and accountability across the client services function

  • Support account strategy, client retention, and long-term growth initiatives

  • Partner closely with production, operations, creative, and executive leadership teams

  • Ensure projects remain aligned on scope, timing, budget, and client expectations

  • Mentor and develop account managers while helping establish scalable internal structure

  • Participate in high-level client meetings, presentations, and strategic conversations

  • Help improve processes that strengthen both client experience and internal execution

  • Act as a senior point of escalation when challenges arise


REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience managing an account management or client services team within the exhibit industry

  • Strong background managing complex client relationships and multiple active accounts

  • Understanding of exhibit fabrication, production timelines, and live event execution

  • Ability to lead cross-functional communication between clients and internal departments

  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills

  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities

  • Comfortable operating in an in-office leadership environment

  • Las Vegas-based or open to relocation
