Sr. Account Manager

Our Philadelphia based client is an established exhibit and event organization delivering custom design, fabrication, and show-site execution services across a national portfolio.

They are seeking a Senior Account Manager with meaningful experience in trade show management, exhibit production, or live event execution. This individual will assume ownership of complex programs and serve as a trusted client partner throughout the project lifecycle.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead trade show and event programs from initial planning through final execution, including scope development, budgeting, production coordination, and on-site oversight

  • Act as the primary client liaison, maintaining consistent communication and ensuring alignment throughout each phase of delivery

  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams across sales, creative, engineering, production, logistics, and finance

  • Develop, track, and manage detailed timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects

  • Oversee project documentation and show service coordination, including estimates, labor scheduling, installation and dismantle planning, and related forms

  • Attend industry events and trade shows as required


REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience within the trade show, exhibit, or live event industry

  • Demonstrated background in account management, program management, or project leadership roles

  • Strong client-facing presence with a track record of maintaining long-term relationships

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing deadlines and multiple active programs

  • Clear communicator with practical problem-solving ability in production or mechanical environments

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and project management systems
