Production Director

Their team stays focused on budget control, problem-solving, and safety compliance to deliver a reliable, polished show-floor experience. They are seeking a Production Director to lead their entire fabrication | production process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the end-to-end exhibit production process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
Partner with design, engineering, fabrication, and vendors to deliver structurally sound, visually impactful exhibits.
Oversee materials, fabrication methods, and assembly to ensure durability and functionality.
Manage budgets, schedules, and quality standards; troubleshoot production issues and optimize workflows.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, engineering best practices, and client specifications.
Maintain clear stakeholder communication to align expectations and deliver exceptional exhibit experiences.
QUALIFICATION
Demonstrated experience in exhibit production, fabrication, and engineering.
Strong knowledge of materials, structural integrity, and exhibit fabrication methods.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally to bring concepts from design to final build.
