Project Manager

Our client is a full-service partner specializing in the design, fabrication, and management of trade show exhibits. They support clients by transforming brand messages into engaging physical environments and experiences. Their capabilities also include marketing support, measurement, and technology services designed to help clients maximize the impact of live event investments.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, design, production, and logistics teams to deliver projects successfully

  • Partner closely with an internal account team to support sold work from kickoff through closeout

  • Manage projects through all phases, including proposal support, design development, production, graphics, logistics, installation, dismantle, and invoicing

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, budgets, and show-site materials

  • Coordinate with external vendors and service partners, including research, selection, and cost management

  • Track project costs, manage vendor invoices, and maintain target cost-to-revenue ratios

  • Maintain accurate project data within internal systems for tracking and reporting

  • Communicate timelines, updates, and potential conflicts to internal stakeholders proactively

  • Support on-site installation and dismantle efforts as needed

  • Oversee receipt, inspection, preparation, and shipment of exhibit assets

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by mentoring team members and supporting standard operating procedures


REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience managing custom and rental exhibit or event projects from concept through execution

  • Strong background in the trade show, exhibit, or experiential marketing industry

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent hands-on experience

  • PMP certification or formal project management training a plus

  • Solid understanding of project planning, scheduling, workflow management, and cross-functional coordination

  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and expectations in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Comfortable working with sales, creative, production, and operations teams

  • Ability to read technical drawings and familiarity with exhibit construction and materials

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; working knowledge of AutoCAD preferred

  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable
