Account Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients and oversee the full lifecycle of complex exhibit and event programs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning the client relationship from strategic brief through to final execution and post-program review

  • Leading cross-functional internal teams (design, production, estimating, and logistics) to ensure seamless delivery of projects

  • Building, managing, and growing client accounts with a focus on retention and revenue expansion

  • Translating client objectives into creative and executable solutions while managing budgets and timelines

  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across services and capabilities

  • Overseeing project documentation, including scopes of work, change orders, and status reports

  • Representing the company with professionalism and strategic insight in all client-facing interactions

  • Partnering with creative and production leadership to ensure alignment with client brand and quality expectations


REQUIREMENTS

  • 5–10+ years of client-facing experience in the trade show, experiential marketing, or live event industry

  • Proven success managing large-scale exhibit or event programs (budgets of $500K+)

  • Deep understanding of the exhibit design/build process, including estimating, fabrication, and show services

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail

  • Experience working with major brands in industries such as automotive, healthcare, tech, or consumer goods is a plus

  • Proficiency with project management tools and CRM systems

  • Willingness to travel as required by client or project needs
