Creative Director

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the creative development process from concept to execution across conferences, summits, and congresses, with a strong focus on healthcare and enterprise tech clients

  • Collaborate closely with strategy, design, production, and client services to elevate the work across user conferences, leadership meetings, internal brand experiences, and healthcare congresses.

  • Act as a storyteller and experience architect—developing themes, messaging frameworks, stage/environment concepts, and multimedia content narratives

  • Inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams including 2D/3D designers, writers, producers, and strategists

  • Present and sell creative concepts to clients in a compelling, confident, and strategic manner

  • Serve as a brand steward for the client—ensuring alignment between their objectives, audience needs, and creative outputs

  • Collaborate with production and technical teams to ensure the feasibility of ideas and budget alignment

  • Stay current on trends in live experiences, virtual platforms, healthcare compliance, and brand storytelling

  • Contribute to pitches and new business development efforts as a creative thought partner


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8–12 years of creative leadership experience in the experiential, live events, or exhibit industry, ideally with a focus on B2B conferences or healthcare congresses

  • A proven portfolio of leading the creative vision on large-scale user conferences, internal meetings, product launches, and/or global summits

  • Strong understanding of spatial storytelling, event environments, keynote development, and attendee journey mapping

  • Comfort with healthcare industry compliance and content nuance is a plus

  • Exceptional presentation skills and client-facing presence

  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to inspire internal teams and build trust with senior stakeholders

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and show site needs
