The General Manager oversees the Midwest facility with full P&L responsibility, ensuring operational excellence and strategic growth.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct all financial operations, budgeting, and branch profitability.

• Execute business plans to expand market share and brand presence.

• Align Sales, Design, and Operations to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Optimize fabrication, graphics production, and asset management workflows.

• Support high-level sales strategies and key account retention.

• Lead and develop staff across all departments.

• Manage facility operations, vendor relations, and labor utilization.


QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years in leadership with a focus on Sales or Operations.

• Proven success managing multi-million dollar P&Ls and margins.

• Deep experience in trade shows, exhibits, or custom fabrication.

• Strong ability to navigate high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.

• Expert in scaling revenue or streamlining complex production.

• Elite interpersonal skills for client pitches and internal management.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
