Account Executive

Our client is a global brand experience agency that designs and produces immersive, award-winning brand environments and events. With a focus on trade shows, exhibits, pop-ups, live events, and experiential activations, they partner with world-class brands across industries like tech, healthcare, automotive, and consumer products. Known for their creative edge, strategic thinking, and full-service capabilities, our client transforms big ideas into real-world brand experiences that engage, inspire, and deliver results.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary client contact, leading day-to-day communication and project direction.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring consistent delivery of brand objectives.

  • Drive new business development through strategic outreach, referrals, and networking.

  • Collaborate with internal teams—including design, estimating, production, and logistics—to develop comprehensive exhibit and event solutions.

  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure all expectations are met or exceeded.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts.

  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings, both in-person and virtually.


REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of account management or sales experience in the exhibit, event, or experiential marketing industry.

  • Proven track record of building and managing $1M+ in annual client revenue.

  • Strong understanding of exhibit design, fabrication, and live event production processes.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.

  • Comfortable with CRM systems and project management software.

  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
