Account Director | Pharma

Our client designs and manages custom trade show exhibits and experiential programs, providing strategic, production, and event support for national and global clients.

The Account Director leads a portfolio of strategic client accounts and is responsible for client satisfaction, revenue growth, and overall account health. This role oversees the full client lifecycle, from planning through execution, ensuring strong partnerships and consistent delivery.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and grow a portfolio of key client accounts across exhibits, congresses, events, and experiential programs

  • Serve as senior client advisor, aligning programs to business objectives

  • Oversee and mentor Account Managers, ensuring accountability and performance

  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts

  • Provide senior oversight of delivery, financial performance, and client experience


REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of experience in exhibit, trade show, or experiential agency environments

  • Prior experience as a Senior Account Manager or Account Director

  • Strong client leadership and consultative Lead and grow a portfolio of key client accounts across exhibits, congresses, events, and experiential programs

  • Serve as senior client advisor, aligning programs to business objectives

  • Oversee and mentor Account Managers, ensuring accountability and performance

  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts

  • Provide senior oversight of delivery, financial performance, and client experienceselling skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-program accounts

  • Financial oversight experience including budgeting and forecasting

  • Experience with pharmaceutical programs preferred

  • CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) and proficiency in standard business software
