Senior Graphics Manager, Exhibits, Mid-Atlantic

Our client is a dynamic global marketing/branding solutions provider. Their solutions include Trade Shows, Live Events, Custom Exhibit Design, and A/V Staging. Our client is known for their design and engineering excellence. Due to growth they are seeking a Senior Graphics Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the graphic production process including graphic design, proofing, pre-flight, printing, packaging, workflow, scheduling and quality control.



  • Manage a team of graphic detailers, pre-flight specialists, print operators and production personnel
  • Maintain detailing and production milestones and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Provide exceptional quality control and staff discipline to ensure high production standards
  • Manage departmental workflow including file management, color management, RIP process, approval process, creation and delivery of production ready files
  • Managing inventory of various large format printing and finishing equipment including preventative maintenance as well as developing long term equipment strategy
  • Proactively researching new materials and printing processes and integrate them into corporate strategy and workflow
  • Working directly with the procurement and inventory staff for daily/weekly/monthly material needs
  • Monitor all computer hardware & software requirements and updates in order to maintain design and production standards
  • Outsourcing graphic vendors based on specialty needs or production demands
  • Developing and managing budgets
  • Managing and implementing changes to control departmental costs
  • Ensuring employee safety training is conducted and the maintenance and upkeep of the physical location; maintain a safe work environment



  • 10 years' experience in large format digital printing and signage production
  • A minimum of 5 years' management experience in graphic production and design
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelors Degree in relevant field preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and employees both verbally and in writing
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Excellent labor management skills with proven experience in implementing operations and performance efficiencies
  • Must be deadline driven and work well under tight deadlines
  • Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and quality conscious, with proven ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently

Location: Mid-Atlantic

Salary: $90K-$100K
