Fabrication Manager, Exhibits, Denver




Our client offers the end user full-service experiential solutions including custom design, construction, and integrated marketing program management for exhibits, events, and environments. They enhance the experience by connecting audiences to brands.

Our client is currently seeking a Fabrication Manager to lead their production team. The Fabrication Manager will be responsible for directing site manufacturing operations, maintaining oversight all aspects of display/carpentry, warehouse, graphics, and traffic. The Production Manager will also be responsible for ensuring effective resource allocation, overseeing production personnel and assignments, warehouse space management, plant maintenance, and safety operations compliance.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Directly recruit, manage and schedule personnel
  • Train and assist in personnel development (technical and administrative tasks)
  • Prioritize staff workloads
  • Working knowledge of all related production departments
  • Review and distribute all fabrication production documents
  • Price and estimate costs for sales team as required
  • Plan and cost projects
  • Plant and equipment maintenance
  • Check all job sites for work quality, efficiency, cleanliness, and safety
  • Examine, maintain, and improve direct and indirect costs
  • Capture and record accurate manufacturing data (labor, materials,etc.)
  • Coordinate/Manage warehouse logistics (shipping & receiving)
  • Create and follow-up on meeting agendas to ensure effective communication of timelines, deadlines, deliverables, and changes

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years exhibit, manufacturing or production experience
  • Associcate Degree or higher edcuation level preferred
  • Knowledge of exhibit operations and procedures
  • Excellent time management, project management, leadership and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • PC Skills with proficiency level experience using MS Outlook, MS Excel ,and MS Word
  • Ability to interpret plans and diagrams
  • Mathematical aptitude
  • Working under tight and changing deadlines
  • Travel as needed

 

Location: Denver
