Account Manager, Exhibits, Ohio

This organization is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Ohio. The Account Manager will coordinate interdepartmental phases of production, facilitating information flow from project inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting in the direction of project flow and in making critical decisions to ensure client satisfaction.



  • Participate in client meetings with account executive
  • Interface directly with clients
  • Schedule and attend Put to Work meetings
  • Establish and manage production schedules with collaboration from Project Managers
  • Arrange onsite services (labor, electrical, drayage, etc)
  • Maintain up to date project information within the company's internal system
  • Generate detailed estimates, work orders, design requests, purchase orders, and other reports
  • Order and manage the production of graphic materials. Keep accurate records of condition, size, disposition, etc.
  • Coordinate all production/fabrication needs with production teams in order to meet deadlines
  • Monitor each job for profitability
  • Ensure quality control of fabricated properties
  • Preparation of all show service forms
  • Travel to show site to coordinate project execution
  • Keep accurate records of labor and material charges
  • Close out all jobs upon completion
  • Prepare jobs for billing
  • Maintain accurate and complete storage and warehousing inventories for each client



  • Relevant trade show industry experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite, PC, and Internet Proficency
  • Budgetary management proficiency
  • Strong knowledge of exhibit construction and materials
  • Proven ability to anticipate problems, analyze and determine alternate solutions
  • Ability to work independently, with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Outstanding multi-tasking ability
  • Strong communication and teambuilding skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and operate under severe time constraints

Location: Utah

Salary: $45K-$55K DOE
