Calvin (Cal) Cook has been consulting with employers and job seekers in the tradeshow industry for over a decade. However, he has not always been in the tradeshow industry. Upon graduating with an Operations Management degree from Auburn University, he accepted a position as a production manager for a mid-sized textile firm. After spending five years in the textile industry, he decided to make a career change. With his experience working with job recruiters on the employer side, he was inspired to start his own recruiting firm. Cal ultimately identified a niche in the custom tradeshow industry. In 1998, he founded The Finder Recruitment Services, Inc. often referred to as FRS, in Atlanta, Georgia. In 2002, to better reflect the company's commitment to the industry, the company changed its name to ExhibitRecruiter, Inc.
Cal lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife Kathy, their daughter Emma Kate and their two Welsh Corgis (Dakota and Cooper). When Cal is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, running, and watching sports (particularly baseball).
